Director, Regulatory Affairs

The Ropella Group is seeking a highly qualified Regulatory Affairs Leader for our client, a long-trusted name in Health and Beauty

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, direct and support the development and administration of Labeling Specifications (including Graphic Guidelines), Patent, Trademark and Trade Dress review
• Direct the evaluation of the safety and substantiation of claims for products under development or changes to existing products
• Facilitate the activities necessary to service litigation in the areas of Product liability and Intellectual property
• Report changes in FDA regulations (such as Good Manufacturing Practice regulations) that could impact operational entities within the company

Requirements:

• 10 – 15 years experience managing a function in a regulatory related field. Preferably experience in consumer product area.
• Intellectual property (Patent, Trademark, Trade Dress, etc.) experience required.
• Expert knowledge of FDA regulations (CFR Title 21) required, with specific emphasis in the labeling area of the FDA regulations.
