Kim Bastemeyer joined Ropella & Associates as an Executive Search Consultant in October 2006.  Originally from Dante, South Dakota (population 82), Kim has worked for the Nebraska Department of Economic Development as well as the Base Commander’s Office for the Department of the Navy in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.  Kim is proud to work for Ropella & Associates because of its highly-respected reputation and its dedication to meeting the needs of its clients.  She enjoys helping her clients achieve their business goals and finding the best candidates for open positions.

Kim moved to Northwest Florida in August 2006 with her husband Devin, who is a U.S. Naval Officer, and their 2 daughters, Avori and Reagan.  Kim and family recently relocated to Virginia in 2008 and plans to open a new business. Kim has a Bachelors of Science degree in Political Science from Old Dominion University and a Masters of Public Administration from Troy State University.
