Ropella Gives Back
Japan Disaster Relief
International Medical Corp
For more than 25 years, International Medical Corps has worked to relieve the suffering of those impacted by war, natural disaster and disease by delivering vital health care services that focus on training, helping devastated populations return to self-reliance.
Food For The Hungry
Compelled by the love of Christ, Food for the Hungry goes to the hard places – places darkened by poverty, war and injustice – to bring hope and help to children, families and communities in the most impoverished countries around the world.
World Vision
World Vision is distributing relief supplies to thousands of people devastated by the massive earthquake and tsunami that struck Japan on March 11. An emergency response team is on the ground in hard hit areas, providing water, blankets, and other urgently needed supplies to survivors. Ongoing efforts will focus on the unique needs of children, who are the most impacted.
Save The Children
Relief efforts for the Japan Earthquake and Tsunami continue to be hampered by the ongoing nuclear crisis, supply shortages and frigid temperatures. Save the Children carried out an exploratory mission north of hard-hit Sendai and found children living in desperate conditions.
Baptist Global Response
Presently our ability to respond to the tsunami is minimal. This is because access to these coastal areas is severely curtailed as the government responds to the crises in the area. We are concentrating our assessment on peripheral areas in non coastal areas where the damage was caused by the earthquake.
Convoy of Hope
Since Japan was hit by a massive earthquake and tsunami, Convoy of Hope’s Disaster Response team has been working around the clock to meet the needs of survivors. Because of the size and scope of the disaster, adds Donaldson, the need for food and supplies will be ongoing.
Samaritan’s Purse
Since Japan was hit by a massive earthquake and tsunami, Convoy of Hope’s Disaster Response team has been working around the clock to meet the needs of survivors.
