Recently, the Ropella Group placed Dan Nelson in the role of Vice President of R&D for Gaco Western, a specialty coatings company.



Also filled recently is the role of BIPV Design Electrical Engineer for Dow Solar.  This unique position will be responsible for developing thermoplastic solar roofing shingles, integrating solar collectors directly into building materials.
