John Prumatico began his career in organization development with Westinghouse Nuclear where he was part of the company’s leadership development team of in house consultants and trainers.  John has a bachelor’s degree in Management and OD from the University of West Florida and earned certifications in facilitation, leadership and training from Scientific Methods, MOHR Development and the Harvard Business School’s Strategic Human Resources Executive Program.

 

Finding the right talent, be it a Software Developer or Vice President of Global Sales is John’s passion.  He truly believes that a successful team is a sum of its parts and that finding great people has always been difficult.  That is why he insists on a systematic approach to defining organizational needs.  Not only a job description or specification, but going to the strategic business plan and taking the long view of the company’s talent requirements before starting a search.

He enjoys helping small and mid size businesses solve problems, grow and succeed in difficult business climates, become more effective, increasing revenue and being successful. 

One of his recent success stories sold for several multiples of annual sales.  Another, after a three day program on business process reengineering, identified several million dollars in annual cost savings which only started their redesign of their company and phenomenal success.

Part of his formula for successful teams is the involvement of every talented employee in how the business is conducted.  His design of compensation and incentive programs encourages all employees to think like General Managers; enjoy growing a successful business, assuring customer satisfaction and sharing in the financial rewards.  John calls it his West Coast HR Offense.
