Coming from a ministry background, Joshua has worked with various ministries and companies as a writer, publications coordinator, project manager, and public relations professional. He enjoys researching and writing on a variety of topics, including religious, political, and professional themes, and is currently active in ministry and charitable work.

At Ropella, Joshua works as an Executive Search Consultant and also oversees the communications efforts of the company, managing relationships with industry contacts, publications professionals, and strategic partners. He handles press relations within the realms of both traditional and social media, and additionally coordinates a team of SEO, design, and information specialists.

Joshua holds degrees in Political Science, History, and Theology, and resides in Northwest FL with his wife, Felicia.
