As an International Business Development Consultant, Justin works with Ropella to identify, assess, and develop opportunities for growth in new markets.  He represents Ropella at international conferences and tradeshows, publicizing Ropella’s services and capabilities to prospective clients.  Justin brings passion to discovering and cultivating new business leads and believes Ropella’s experience and track record in the industry often sell themselves. 

Before joining Ropella, Justin gained forecasting and business development experience in positions in both government and the private sector.  While working for the Illinois Governor’s Office of Management and Budget as a Budget Analyst, Justin developed his skills in project management and revenue analysis.  After transitioning to the private sector with BAE Systems in 2006, Justin focused on implementing international business development strategies based on market analysis and forecasting.  Justin graduated from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA with a BA in Political Science and currently lives with his family outside Washington, D.C.
