Work Culture Assessment

All organizations have a “culture,” commonly known as “the way we do things around here.” Sometimes this culture is healthy, forward looking, and a stimulus for success and profitability.  Jack Welch, while at GE, was a master at developing the culture to drive the organization to excellence.  Sometimes, however, the culture is a drag on the organization, stifling innovation and eroding profitability.

Unfortunately, many CEO’s and their leadership teams do not understand their organizational culture.  A recent Boston Consulting Survey revealed that 76% of CEO’s interviewed believe their companies foster a culture of innovation, but only half of their lower level execs and employees agreed.

What is the culture that drives your organization?  If you are not sure, perhaps, it is time to find out.

Our process will involve both a qualitative and a quantitative assessment of norms and attitudes across your organization.  We will then advise you as to what your employees truly feel about the organization, and where they hope to see it go.

With this knowledge in hand, your leadership team can build the culture needed to be a market leader.
