At SE Tylose, Ms. Rascher will be responsible for working with the Commercial Technical Team in Germany in order to identify new markets and applications for cellulose ether products.

Dr. Steve Dunkle, Global Technical Manager
Dr. Dunkle has over 25 years experience in the Chemical industry. He’s held two director level positions and worked with companies such as Wellman Recycled Products Group and Amoco Chemical Polymers Business Group. While at Wellman he was the chairman of the Six Sigma Steering Committee. Dr. Dunkle has been published and holds several patents. He also directed the development of Pop Tart Pastry Swirls generating $30M in annual sales and led development of Nutri-Grain Squares, generating $25M in annual sales.

Ms. Klein will be returning to familiar territory in Ventura, CA. Her previous work experience includes the title of Chief Marketing Officer for Induchem AG, a Swiss personal care specialty chemical company.

He has proven successful in his consumer insight driven innovations, introducing products such as Crest Pro-Health, Miracle-Gro Singles, and RoundUp Pump-n-Go. Dr. Wong also has organizational diversity expertise.

Griselle Monyanez, Senior Research Scientist, Specialty Materials Business Group
Prior to joining Rohm and Haas, Griselle was a Post-Doctorate Associate in the Infectious Diseases Division of Emory University School of Medicine. She is an interdisciplinary research collaborator in biochemistry and cell biology and has authored and coauthored several scientific journal publications.
Rohm and Haas is a global pioneer in the creation and development of innovative technologies and solutions for the specialty materials industry. In the new position, Griselle will utilize her laboratory expertise and research experience in a hands-on role.
