Ms. Rascher has over 20 years of industry experience. She began her career in chemical sales and moved into sales shortly thereafter. Ms. Rascher has managed a sales budget of over $75 million and has regularly been ranked among the top sales people in her company. She has previously worked for Warner Lambert Co., Lonza Inc., and Clariant Corp. At SE Tylose, Ms. Rascher will be responsible for working with the Commercial Technical Team in Germany in order to identify new markets and applications for cellulose ether products.

Ms. Papadakis has over ten years of industry experience, managing Midwest sales for over half her career.  She has a track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives.  Her past employers include Helene Curtis and Dragoco Fragrances.  She is a member of the Society of Cosmetic Chemist and Cosmetic Executive Women.

Dr. Dunkle has over 25 years experience in the Chemical industry.  He’s held two director level positions and worked with companies such as Wellman Recycled Products Group and Amoco Chemical Polymers Business Group.  While at Wellman he was the chairman of the Six Sigma Steering Committee.  Dr. Dunkle has been published and holds several patents.  Also, as the past President of his Toastmasters Club, he is an exceptionally skilled communicator.

Ms. Woods Whiting is a business leader who has 15 years of proven business and people development.  She has achieved Six Sigma Champion certifications and her experience includes positions with Dupont and FMC Corporation.  Having earned her MBA, Ms. Woods Whiting has marketing and strategy expertise in addition to her technical skill.

Mr. Zimmerman has over 20 years of experience, including positions with PET Incorporated, KELLOGG Company, and Cadbury Schweppes.  He led the technical team that was responsible for Snapple ready-to-drink tea.  He also directed the development of Pop Tart Pastry Swirls generating $30M in annual sales and led development of Nutri-Grain Squares, generating $25M in annual sales.

Ms. Klein has fifteen years specialty chemical sales and marketing management in personal care and six years in refining/petrochemical industries.  She has had extensive international experience, having worked and lived in both London and Zurich.  A graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles and Pepperdine University.  Ms. Klein will be returning to familiar territory in Ventura, CA.  Her previous work experience includes the title of Chief Marketing Officer for Induchem AG, a Swiss personal care specialty chemical company.

Mr. Hawker received his B.S. in Chemistry from San Francisco State University. He has 20 plus years experience in the chemical and business industries.  He will be working with the Vice President of Business Development to identify, target, and generate new contract solid state and bioanalytical services business.

Prior to joining Lonza, Jan worked as director of business development, North America for SF Chem, Inc.  She has more than 20 years experience in the chemical and allied industries including negotiations, strategic development, and tactical implementation of comprehensive plans.

Prior to joining Rohm and Haas, Griselle was a Post-Doctorate Associate in the Infectious Diseases Division of Emory University School of Medicine.  She is an interdisciplinary research collaborator in biochemistry and cell biology and has authored and coauthored several scientific journal publications.
