Patrick has created a global magazine and association newsletter advertising campaign, as well as public relations campaigns, trade show displays and attendance campaigns. In addition to expertise in campaign management, Patrick has organized in-house and on-site client visits and telemarketing programs. Over the last 10 years, these campaigns and activities have branded the name, "Ropella" as the overall best recognized executive recruitment name in teh worldwide chemical and allied industries.

Patrick has traveled extensively to meet with senior level executives at the top 20 largest chemical companies in the world, spreading the "Ropella" name globally. He has successfully placed senior level executives with top name companies, including but not limited to Dow, Sealy, PPG, UnionCarbide, Rhone Poulenc, Hoechst Celanese, Ciba Geigy, Exxon, Gneeral Electric, American Cyanamid, Vista Chemical, Olin, Lonza, and Henkel.
