Manager, Client Partnership Development
Monica Hatch has been a member of Ropella’s Business Development team since January 2018 as a Manager, Client Partnership Development. She provides clerical support to the team in order to maintain higher levels of productivity, and data support to maintain the integrity of reports for active leads. Her related tasks include data entry, email and phone communication, proposal generation, report compilation, and conference call scheduling.
Prior to joining Ropella, Monica has held similar positions including Executive Assistant, Senior Financial Aid Office Assistant, Accounts Payable Clerk and Tax Collector Customer Service Representative for the State of Florida. She has attended Houston Community College, Tarrant County College and Liberty University online, studying Psychology – a discipline which comes in handy while she manages the big personalities on our Business Development team!
More importantly, she spent almost 10 years as a stay-at-home mother of three daughters who are currently a freshman at Florida State University, an 8th grader and a 5th grader. Monica has been married to her husband, Jason Hatch. Jason is a Navy veteran who has also worked with NASA and is currently a civilian contractor at NAS Whiting Field. The family has a German Shephard mix named Izzy, who Monica posits must be made of ice cream and donuts because she’s the sweetest dog you’ll ever met! One of her daughters also has a 9-month bearded dragon named Muffin.
In her “free time” (if such a thing exists for a mother of three!) – outside of after-school activities such as band and soccer – Monica enjoys the outdoors, from the local beach and rivers to road trips to state parks. She and her daughters also enjoy watching British television – anything with a British accent.
