Situated in Santa Rosa Industrial Park, in Milton, Florida, Ropella's beautiful office building is perfect for location and providing a comfortable and fun place for our employees.

Lobby

Our spacious 10,600 sq. ft. main lobby.

Conference Room

Conference room, equipped with video conferencing, also opens onto the back courtyard patio.

Wallyball Court

The racquetball court gets a lot of use - more for team wallyball than racquetball!

Gym

Not only do we work here, but we also play here! Our workout area has many options for exercise and relaxation.

Kitchen

The kitchen breakroom provides many conveniences for employees.

Glass Art

The headquarters are richly decorated, making a relaxing and enjoyable environment for employees and guests. A growing number of the glass artwork seen through the building has been hand-made by Patrick Ropella, himself.

Future Expansions

2nd Story Edition

The plans are already approved for the additional office space as we keep growing! The building is already wired (power and telephone) and built to accommodate the expansion.

Courtyard Garden

Transforming the courtyard area into a Mediterranean garden, with lush walkways and quiet sitting areas, makes the perfect hosting area for visiting clients.

Pavilion

Tennis Court & Basketball

On the building's right will become a tennis/basketball court, with a smaller beach volleyball area in front of it.

Sculpture & Fountain

Eventually, we plan on a large bronze eagle (our mascot) mounted on a sandstone foundation, at the center of a fountain in front of our headquarters.
