Ropella Launches Key Account Manager Search for Sino Lion USA

FLORHAM PARK, NEW JERSEY, October 30, 2018 – The Ropella Group, the leading Executive Search firm specializing in the chemical, consumer products and technology industries, has launched a new search on behalf of Sino Lion USA, who is looking for a Key Account Manager to support the company through rapid growth.

Sino Lion is a global supplier for specialty cosmetics ingredients, including innovative high-performance polymers, sensory agents and natural active ingredients.  While their primary focus is on cosmetics and personal care, they also serve the health food, pharmaceutical and other related industries.

Job Requirements

The Key Account Manager will have the opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing organization, and to be a key player in driving that growth.  They will be responsible for hunting for new business opportunities, as well as for growing business within existing customer accounts.

The Key Account Manager will need to be on-site in Florham Park approximately once a week.  In order to be successful, they must be highly entrepreneurial with strong self-management skills including time and organizational management.  A B.S. in Chemistry or a related technical discipline is required, and an M.B.A. is preferred.
